Bhiwadi & Dharuhera, the next investment destination

Bhiwadi is said to be the Gateway of Rajasthan. I am writing this Blog to make you aware and put my opinion on ”Bhiwadi & Dharuhera, the next investment destination ? ” and what are the investment options in Bhiwadi & Dharuhera.Yesterday after a long time i visited Bhiwadi, the only question on my mind and the reason to visit Bhiwadi was that if in personal  i have to invest in Bhiwadi, then what are the potential possibilities ?

Bhiwadi:
Bhiwadi is spread over around 5300 acres this area houses nearly 2800 different industrial units such as steel,rolling mills, electronics, automobile, herbal care units, printing, and furnace etc. Bhiwadi is located just a few kilometres away from Manesar, this emerging region has drawn attention of developers, investors and end-users. Reasons of real estate growth in this area include:
Connectivity: one of the important facilities investors seek while investing in any real estate property is the connectivity.Property in Bhiwadi gets full marks on this aspect. It is directly connected to Gurgaon and Manesar.
